This Privacy Policy describes how NOVA Algo (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our website and services (“Service”). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.
1. What We Collect
1.1 Account information
- Name, email address, and password (hashed) when you sign up.
- Billing information processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
1.2 Trading integration data
- The TradersPost webhook URL, broker account identifiers, and any keys or tokens you provide so we can route signals on your behalf.
- Trade fill confirmations, account equity, and execution telemetry returned from the broker integration. We retain this for performance reporting and audit.
1.3 Usage & technical data
- IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time and duration of use.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, session management, and basic analytics.
1.4 Communications
- Emails you send to us, support tickets, Discord messages in our community channels, and any feedback or testimonials you choose to submit.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service — including delivering signals, executing webhook routing, and reporting performance.
- To bill subscriptions, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To send transactional notifications (signal fires, fills, account alerts) and important product communications.
- To send marketing emails, only with your consent and only with a clear unsubscribe link in every message.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
3. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors who help us run the Service — payment processor, email provider, hosting (Vercel, Railway), webhook router (TradersPost), analytics, and customer support tooling. Each is bound by a contract limiting their use of your data to providing services to us.
- Legal compliance. When we believe disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NOVA Algo or others.
- Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and trading-integration data for as long as your account is active and for up to 36 months after cancellation, primarily to support audit, legal compliance, and customer service. Anonymized aggregate performance data may be retained indefinitely.
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted transport (TLS), hashed passwords, scoped API keys, and access controls — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure. If a security incident occurs that affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data or have it deleted.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
- Receive a portable copy of your data in a common format.
- Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis.

7. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for authentication, session, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may stop working.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at and not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Transfers
We are based in Canada and use service providers based in the United States and the European Union. Where applicable, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful mechanisms.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
